CLARK COUNTY DEMOCRATS PCO 2014 TRAINING SERIES HELPS THE LOCAL PARTY BECOME STRONGER AND MORE ORGANIZED TO WIN ELECTIONS
Current and past elected officials from the statehouse will join the Clark County Democrats on Saturday April 26th for the second session of three for training Precinct Committee Officers in Clark County.
This session's agenda includes presentations and discussions with 49th State Reps Jim Moeller and Sharon Wylie, 17th State Rep Monica Stonier, 18th Rep Candidate Maureen Winningham and former 18th LD Rep and Clark County Commissioner Betty Sue Morris.
Part of being an effective PCO is understanding the party structure and history and learning how to enact your core Democratic values from concept to action. This session will include a comprehensive look at the county, LD and state party structure, organizational goals, history as well as how working the "ground game" helps not only further our agenda as a party but elect our candidates to public office.
The 2014 series is highly recommended for new and veteran PCO's alike and gives you an excellent opportunity to make new friends, solidify alliances and extend relationships across LD lines.
